Steps that we take when we start to work with new customers.
Step 1: Discussing the best POS terminal and technology options for you.
After you fill out the information below, we will follow up with a phone call to discuss the equipment you’re currently using and how your business operates, so we can provide you a solution that will bring you the best results.

Step 2: Opening a new merchant account.
After covering all of the details with you, we’ll send you the Merchant Agreement, where you can review and sign it. We’ll then submit everything to the processor and credit card companies to open your new merchant account.

Step 3: Programming, shipping, and installing your new equipment.
Once your merchant account is set up on the back end, we’ll program, ship, and install your new terminal, or we will help you reprogram your current terminal or POS system.

Step 4: Ongoing customer support.
Here at Smart Payment Solutions, we take a different approach than most merchant service providers. Instead of merely setting you up and leaving you to rely on our customer service team—who are, fortunately, experienced and helpful—we are willing to handle most of the administrative calls and tasks for you. We’ve noticed that customer service reps on the end of the other line aren't always helpful. That said, we're willing to make the additional effort for you and allow you to focus on your other important tasks.
